Best Ways to Manage Your Dog’s Pain at Home

Everything you do for your pet is to help them feel their best. But at some point, it is inevitable that your furry friend is going to encounter pain or discomfort during their lifetime (after all, keeping them in a plastic bubble just isn’t practical).

There are several signs that your cat or dog is in pain. Check out this blog post

How can I ease my dog’s pain at home?

Even if your pet is in tip-top shape, injuries can occur without warning and old age inevitably brings its friend joint pain to the table. So, what can you do to keep your friend comfortable, without giving them drugs that send them into the next dimension?

Whether your pet is ten months old or ten years old, my Holistic Pain Control Protocol is here to help. The goal of this program is to decrease inflammation and decrease pain, so your four-legged friend can get back out in the yard for playtime, or follow you upstairs when it’s time for bed.

What can I give my dog to stop hurting?

One of the most important factors in pain control is movement and mobility. Keeping your pet active, and their joints fluid is a huge step toward controlling and reducing the pain caused by stagnation. It’s also important to know how to prevent injuries before exercise (warm-ups are super important, even for our pets), and how to keep muscles and joints flexible and moving in between sessions.

Scroll down (or click here) to see which supplements are also included in my new Holistic Pet Protocol for Pain, so you can get a jump start on tonight’s broadcast. Keeping your pet pain-free and comfortable doesn’t have to be a struggle for either of you, and you don’t have to give powerful narcotics or rely on expensive, short-term treatments. My Pain Control Protocol for Pets is a lifestyle and a long-term solution that will serve your pet for months or years to come.

Is turmeric good for joint pain and inflammation?

One of the great pain relief for dogs that is natural is Turmeric. If you’re looking for pain relief for dog’s arthritis, it can be difficult to know what you should do.

Trying to make a decision with so many options is exhausting…

What will happen to your aged dog’s arthritis if you don’t make the right decision? Will your dog get pain relief?

The majority of people become stuck while attempting to make a decision about what to do next. They ignore their aged dogs’ pain and osteoarthritis for days, weeks, months, and even years.

When it comes to a serious problem like your aging dog’s pain or arthritis…

What’s in the Holistic Pet Pain Control Protocol?

What can I give my dog for joint pain?

As pets age, their joints eventually need a little bit of help. These products are a great blend of antioxidants, enzymes, and supplements that help increase mobility and lessen joint pain caused by daily activity, exercise, and arthritis progression.

A great pain relief for dogs with arthritis is Arthri-paws as it offers ideal nutritional support for joints, providing them with the nutrition they need to rid fluid that results in swelling, repair, stay lubricated, move freely, and function at their best. This synergistic formula contains powerful joint support nutraceutical compounds.

  • Collagen

Collagen helps to build and maintain muscle, which is vital to reducing the strain and pain on joints. Healthy muscle is important in keeping joints pain-free, helping take some of the weight-bearing load off of joints alone (this is also the reason regular movement and exercise is important to prevent muscle wasting).

Fish Oil / Omega-3 Fatty Acids

My second favorite tool for reducing inflammation (the first is my tried and true anti-inflammatory recipe for pet food, The Original CrockPet Diet). A high potency fish oil with DHA and EPA is going to help your pet fight systemic inflammation, which is a primary cause of pain, illness, and disease.

  • Invigorate the Collaterals

This is a classic Chinese herbal formula to help resolve stagnation, tonifies blood and gently restore healthy flow of blood to get things moving again. It can also help relieve pain caused by stagnation or joint disease.

Can I give my dog ibuprofen for pain?

It’s terrible to learn that your dog is in pain. It’s normal to desire to do something—anything—as soon as possible to treat your dog’s pain naturally or as soon as possible.

If you’re tempted to give your dog a human pain medication, resist. OTC pain relievers and other human drugs can be extremely hazardous and even lethal to dogs.

Ibuprofen (Advil), acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin, or any other pain medicine meant for human use should only be administered to dogs under the supervision of a veterinarian.

When these functions are harmed by NSAIDS, dogs can have problems such as:

  • Ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract
  • Diarrhea and vomiting (often bloody)
  • Appetite loss.
  • Bleeding problems
  • Dysfunction of the kidneys
  • Damage to the liver (in some cases)

How can I ease my dogs leg pain?

There are several techniques in order to ease your dog’s pain naturally, mentioned above is the assisi loop. TPEMF therapy devices deliver a safe and effective pain and inflammation management.

What’s the Best Medicine For Pets After Surgery?

Knowing how to properly care for your pet after surgery can assist you in getting your dog back to normal as quickly as possible and with as few difficulties as possible.

Surgery may be a difficult time for both pet parents and pets, but knowing how to care for your dog after surgery is critical to resuming your animal’s normal, active lifestyle.

Regardless of the sort of surgery your dog is scheduled for, your specialist, veterinarian, or veterinary surgeon will make sure to provide you clear and explicit instructions on how to care for your pet afterward. Make sure to carefully follow your veterinarian’s instructions; depending on the sort of operation your pet has had, there may be very specific and vital instructions.

These are, however, my post-surgical protocol to help your pets feel comfortable while they recuperate and return to normal.
