I was first introduced to Functional Medicine after the birth of my daughter over 20 years ago. Eating fresh, homemade whole foods made a huge impact on the health and well-being of our family. I have continued to use this knowledge with my dogs, nursing back to health my rescue, Stella, who has made a full recovery from her injuries. Working in Animal Prosthetic and Orthotics, I saw a great need for pet parents to have better resources for nutrition that support their individual pets.
