Jarrow Formulas® Milk Thistle ( Silybum marianum) 30:1 concentrate is standardized to contain 80% total Milk Thistle seed flavonoids, including the important Silymarin fractions isosilybinins A and B, silybinins A and B, silychristin
and silydianin. This particular group of flavonoids, collectively known as Silymarin, supports liver function by raising protective glutathione levels. No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.
Milk Thistle for Liver Support
Milk Thistle is known to help support the liver from previous damage and can protect against toxins. Studies have shown Milk Thistle reduces liver inflammation and liver damage in patients with liver diseases. It is thought to work by reducing the free radicals in the liver.
Milk Thistle Side Effects
