My journey into the world of holistic health began when I confronted anxiety and OCD, which had been a significant part of my life. I sought help from traditional doctors, therapists, and psychiatrists, hoping for a solution to my struggles. However, I soon realized that the primary offerings were prescription medications, which unfortunately didn't provide the relief I sought.

During this time, I also witnessed the health of those close to me deteriorating despite their reliance on Western medicine. These experiences were eye-opening and made me acutely aware of the importance of exploring alternative paths to health and well-being.

This journey ignited my passion for holistic health modalities, leading me down a transformative path of discovery, healing, and a deep appreciation for the holistic approach to wellness. 🌟
