These coaches have an understanding of the various factors that impact pet health, such as nutrition, exercise, emotional health, and environmental factors.
By becoming a certified Holistic Pet Health Coach, they may provide your services in a variety of settings, including veterinary clinics, pet stores, animal shelters, or working one to one with pet parents. You may also offer a range of services, the science behind Functional Medicine, supporting dogs and cats with Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, developing food and supplement plans tailored to each cat and dog, and lifestyle coaching to help domestic animals thrive and live healthier, happier lives. Additionally, the program has received approval for 40 hours of RACE CE Credits through AAVSB. From application to graduation, our program offers a comprehensive journey towards becoming a certified holistic pet health coach. In this guide, we will walk you through each step of the process and provide an overview of what you can expect as you embark on this exciting career path
1. Apply
Fill out our application form and let us know why you’re a good fit for the program.
2. Application Review
We will review your application and assess your qualifications and suitability for the program.
3. Interview
If your application is accepted, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your goals and motivations for becoming a Certified Holistic
Pet Health Coach.
4. Acceptance
After the interview, the team will notify you of your acceptance into the program
5. Coaching
You'll begin the coaching 16 sessions where you'll learn about a variety of topics related to pet health with Dr. Ruth Roberts
6. Mentorship
16 sessions with experienced professionals in the field for personalized guidance and support as you work towards completing the program.
7. Exam
After completing the coaching sessions, you'll take an exam to assess your understanding of the material covered in the program.
8. Graduate
Receive your certification as a Certified Holistic Pet Health Coach and be recognized as a qualified professional in the field.

Dr. Ruth Live Q&A Sessions
We follow up with graduates on a weekly basis via live Q&A sessions run by Dr. Ruth. All graduates will have free access to the Q&A sessions for a year after graduation ensuring that graduates have ample time to take advantage of this resource and continue to refine their knowledge and skillsThe Q&A sessions are a great way for graduates of the program to stay connected and continue to learn and develop their skills as Certified Holistic Pet Health Coaches.
